The Foundation
Film Don't Lie Hoops began with a simple yet powerful mission: to help basketball players develop through detailed game film analysis. Many players desire improvement but lack proper guidance or access to expert film breakdown. Leveraging my experience as a college assistant coach, I created a platform to support players, coaches, agents, and parents in navigating the complex world of basketball, from film breakdown to recruitment strategies.
The Journey
My basketball journey includes four years as an NCAA Division 1 player at Southeastern Louisiana University, where I was part of two championship teams. Following graduation, I embarked on a nine-season college coaching career across NCAA Division 1, NCAA Division 2, NAIA, and Junior College levels. This extensive background provides a deep understanding of the game, allowing me to deliver top-notch insights and guidance. I transitioned from coaching to pursue my goal of becoming a skill development coach, which led to the creation of Film Don't Lie Hoops, later expanding into scouting and consultation.
